Ajinkya Jadhav on love AI: ‘Technology is good, but the human touch matters’

For Ajinkya Jadhav, head at Paparazzi Entertainment, love is not just about romance or saying the right things. It is also about having someone who understands you without having to explain everything. He feels the little things people do for each other often matter more than big promises.

“Love means different things to different people, but for me, understanding and loyalty are very important. It feels good to have someone who stands by you, listens to you and accepts you as you are. I think we often overlook the small things in a relationship, but those are the things that stay with us,” he says.

“I believe real love doesn’t always need grand gestures. Sometimes it’s in the smallest things, remembering someone, being there without being asked, or simply understanding what the other person is feeling without a single word,” he said.

That understanding also shaped Ishq Murshid. “The world around us keeps changing, relationships evolve, and generations express love differently, but the emotion itself remains timeless,” he said.

“For me, love is not about finding someone you can live with. It’s about finding someone whose happiness becomes as important as your own,” he added.

As AI becomes a bigger part of entertainment, he believes there should be a clear boundary between technology and human creativity. “I believe the line should be drawn where technology starts replacing human intention, originality, or responsibility rather than supporting it,” he said.

In his view, AI should support an artist’s vision rather than replace it. “AI should be an extension of a creator’s imagination, not a substitute for it. The vision, the emotion, the storytelling, and the final creative decisions should always have a human touch,” he said.

He also stresses the need for responsible use, particularly around artists and intellectual property. “We also need to be responsible about how we use AI, especially when it comes to respecting artists, protecting intellectual property, and maintaining authenticity,” he said.

“At Paparazzi Entertainment, our philosophy is to combine the emotional intelligence of human storytelling with the extraordinary possibilities of artificial intelligence,” he added.

His approach can be summed up simply: “Technology should give creativity wings, not take away its soul. I think audiences are far more open to innovation than we sometimes give them credit for,” he said.

“What matters most is the quality of the experience,” he said, adding that listeners ultimately respond to the melody, lyrics, visuals, and emotion rather than the technology used to create them.

“There will be curiosity and debate around AI, and I think that’s healthy. But I believe that if we continue creating meaningful, original content, audiences will embrace it,” he said.

For Ishq Murshid, he wants the audience to experience the song before thinking about how it was made. “With Ishq Murshid, we want people to experience the emotion first and discover the technology behind it later. Because a beautiful song doesn’t become less beautiful because technology helped create it. What matters is whether it touches your heart,” Ajinkya said.
